When you envisioned starting your business what did you see yourself doing?
What is the reality today?
Does this resemble your daily to-do list (and thoughts)?
1. Check voice mail - sift through - find only urgent calls I must handle
(I know there must be an easier way to do this!)
2. Check email - sift through - find only the ones I need to handle
(This is getting out of hand!)
3. Format article for this month's newsletter/magazine article
(Formatting is not my favorite thing to do, and I hate proofing!)
4. Research material needed for next month's newsletter/magazine article/teleclass, etc.
(This is taking way too long!)
5. Update database with list of new/potential clients
( I just don't have the time, I am too slow with data entry)
6. Dentist appointment at 3 p.m.
(OH NO! I'll never get everything done today, again!)
7. Make travel/hotel/car arrangements for seminar in 3 weeks
(Keep getting interrupted by phone calls for those signing up for seminar)
8. Arrange to have materials for seminar printed and delivered to seminar location
(Where did I put that information?)
9. Pay bills; balance checkbook
(OH NO! Not another late bill/returned check and the fees associated with them!)
10. Organize my notes SOMEDAY!
11. And the list goes on...day in and day out...
Now Ask Yourself :
* Am I living my dream?
* Is my business structured the way I envisioned?
* Do I have the time or the energy to focus on the things that really need my

attention or that directly increases my bottom line?
* Do I have the space, equipment or resources to hire an in-house assistant?
* Do I want the hassle of administrating an employee, such as:

Paying for someone else to administer all the above?
If your answers to the above were a resounding NO!, then you will benefit from working with a Virtual Assistant.
