Ginger Derrickson, President of Assisting You Virtually, Inc. and Assist University alumni, was nominated by her colleagues in two categories for the 2009 AssistU Community Recognition Awards.
There are eight categories that honor community members who have made high contributions to others over the past year.
Ms. Derrickson was nominated for the following categories:
Most Supportive Community Member of the Year ~ This category honors the community member who, by a vote of his or her peers, has been the most supportive of others, across the board. This person supports the community through personal contact, posting on the AU community portal, or volunteering in the community.
Techi of the Year ~ This category honors the community member who, by a vote of his or her peers, has made a big contribution to the AssistU community by talking about, and helping out with tech issues and tools.
The award winners will be announced September 19, 2009.

Completed certification training for The Coaches Console program
The Coaches Console is an on-line practice management system created by coaches.
As the professional service and coaching communities continue to grow, so does the need for skilled Virtual Assistants who specialize in one of the most critical pieces in simplifying the administrative tasks of running a coaching practice – an on-line client management system.
